If you’re not totally obsessed with your JuliAnnadress purchase:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached and in its original packaging, including all items you got as a gift, if applicable.

To complete your refund, we require an official Cancellation/Return/Exchange request to be sent to juliannadress.contact@gmail.com
Please do not send your purchase back without prior notification.

- You may return ordered items in original conditions, unweared, with all tags within 7 days upon order is received.
- Please provide us with the tracking number of the returned item. We cannot accept your Return or Exchange Request without the tracking number.
- After we have inspected your returned package and if all the requirements are met you would be getting the refund immediately.
- Please be advised 30% restocking fee for returning items or if the cancellation request was made more than 24h after order was placed.
- Please be advised Shipping Cost is Non-Refundable.
- Please note, all Custom orders (such as sizes that differ from the instructions in the size chart, changing the color of the dress, combining different sizes like 5 for top & 7 for bottom etc) are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You'll be provided with the address the item should be mailed to.
